Sandrogg

The Sandrogg family in one of the three most influential mercantile families in Endref, controlling a good deal of tax, tariffs, and trade through the roads of Endref. The Sandrogg family also has the largest standing army in Endref, which they "lend" to the Port of Lauthor as a patrolling force. Because of their significant workforce, the Sandrogg family has a palatial main estate with many estates throughout the city and into the countryside. 
The Sandrogg family consists of seven primary members: Vefna and Tork, fraternal twins who run all Sandrogg operations; Deloin, the family strongman and uncle of Vefna and Tork; Whag, Deloin's wife and the chief accountant for the family; Shesh, Hest, and Tesh, the three children of Vefna and Tork who manage the tollers, the road workers, and the army respectively; and Aloi, Deloin's daughter and fiance of the Faila.
The Sandrogg family is largely seen as stoic, stern, unyielding, and callous. 
The Sandrogg family gets along well with the Whalef family, and they represent the "sword and shield" of the Merchant Courts.
