Drockfraed Flintstone

Drockfraed "Fred" Flintstone was a Gray Dwarf Warlock from the Flintstone mines of Westonia.  At a young age, Fred's parents were killed and he was taken in by a priest of Tythe.  Fred grew up as an Acolyte of Tythe, devoted to the Ellorian Diety.  In his travels, Fred became connected to a mysterious and powerful fiend named Mercury.  Mercury convinced Fred that he was a friend and agent of Tythe.  As Mercury manipulated Fred to work in his own interest, he granted Fred supernatural powers.  At the behest of Mercury, Fred came into the employ of the Avowed of Candlekeep, as an adventurer. 

THE BOOK OF THE RAVEN

He coughed and blood shot from his throat.  Life returned to Drockfraed's body, but only by a thread.  He picked himself up as ghouls closed in around himself and his party.  He looked down at the potion of healing in his hand.  He had but an instant: take this remedy and fortify his failing health, or try to help the party?  The potion of health dropped to his side as he pointed one hand towards Summer FallWinterSpring.  A crackling energy formed at his shoulder and shot out through his palm in a direct line to the earth at the center of the largest bunch of ghouls. Shatter impacted in the ground, sending seismic waves of thunder through the ghouls.  These creatures will be destroyed.  In the name of Tythe.

Drockfraed Flintstone's adventuring under the hire of the Library of Candlekeep eventually brought him into the company of Rook, Lufoki Aeons and Summer FallWinterSpring. Together, these adventurers set forth to investigate the abrupt ending of a book delivered to Candlekeep by a raven. Additionally, they were tasked with vetting any signs of the Vistani, a group of planar travelers. The party followed the map provided by the book of the raven, overcoming challenges on their lengthy journey. At the end of the map, the party found an old mansion functioning as the makeshift home of the Wareravens of the Scarlet Sash. Together with the Scarlet Sash, the adventurers moved through a Shadow Crossing and destroyed a number of ghouls, retrieving the remains of a small girl and laid her to rest once more in the material plane (hopefully sealing the Shadow Crossing in the process).
Drockfraed's experience in this journey included two near-death experiences.  The dwarf would survive but carry scars from the Shadowfell for the remainder of his life.
