Bora, The Rage
Gaia's Wrath Bora (a.k.a. The Rage)
Worship of Bora
To seek out Bora, is to wish to harness the power of natural destruction. To avoid his wrath, one might leave him offerings, prayer, and do their best to not commit crimes the gods of the ground would find offensive. He is seen as the ultimate protector of all things natural, and his wrath is punishment for crimes people have commited against the gods of the ground. His seekers often look to harness his strength and worship him in hopes to recieve gifts to either withstand the elements, or to harness the power of the elements themselves. Worshipers leave gold and blood offerings for him.Alters of Bora
The typically iconogrpahy for Bora is lightening and volcanos, but at an alter built for his respect you'll often find art depicting natural disasters that have befallen the surrounding land. The art is often created in warning. This means many of the alters and temples designed for him are very different depending on geographic location. Some will depict volcanos, others will show great tsumanis, some might show tornados tearing up the ground or boulders rushsing towards a city. Typically there is always a fire burning for his alters, and people will light candles to guard against the darkness of his wrathful storms, and people will leave gifts of gold or offer sacrifical blood to him.Divine Domains
