The global digital communication web, also called QEEN, is the worldwide network for digital communications. This includes protocol to create sites, chat networks, knowledge databases, blueprint sharing, and other similar services.
Originally created to share research and knowledge between Eagrok and Sunik nations, it evolved into a world-wide web of data, communications, and shared digital protocol and security services. Now it can be accessed on any sefir and computing device.

Qeen is a widely accessible and available informational and communications web. Nearly all citizens of the planet have access to it as long as they have a computing device capable of pulling the signal and displaying it.

Complexity

Qeen is layered with various protocols that send/receive data and scanning protocols for security. Server farms house streams of data numbering in the trillions, and are built underground in cold chambers, maintained mostly by bots and tech workers. All server farms are owned by the public, no corporate entity (if any exist in that nation) is allowed to own a server farm. Only use the protocol structure to build their sites and databases.
