Red-collared Reliffon
The Red-collared Reliffon is one of the many species of Eldûran griffons that can be found in high places where they are comfortable roosting and raising their young.
The Reliffon has the head of a cardinal, with grey plumage on its head down to its collar, where there is a thick red collar, hence its classification. The rest of its plumage from there down is dark grey, and the remiges on its wings are coloured like those of a crimson macaw: red, yellow, and blue. Its front legs are those of a bird, whilst its back legs are that of a large predatory cat, like a panther, though with dark grey fur.
Its eggs are the exact opposite of adult Reliffons – they are plain instead of flashy, with faint speckles that are nigh on invisible unless you know what to look for.
