The Valiksarr Sea

The Valiksarr Sea rests in the center of Eldsire and is both dangerous and bountiful. It was here that Numa felled the mighty dragon-god and carved out its heart so it could never again harm the mortal realm. The vestiges of that power still reside in the sea and keep the waters supernaturally warm all year round. Beneath the waves are vast coral reefs, innumerable marine life, ancient ruins, and more things that have yet to be discovered. The most notable feature of this sea, besides its beautiful shores, beaches, and waters is a large and constant stream of steam that rises from the very center of the sea. No mortal has been able to find the source of this steam but many believe that it is the body of the dragon-god eating away at the waters surrounding it.
