Commander of the Radiant Guard outpost at Aglarond. Because of the broad and ranging influence of the Guard's presence in Fallcrest City, he is used to dealing only with supplying the security at the entryways to the city and minimal patrols of the immediate surrounding countryside. Care of the larger region is left to the ranking officer in Fallcrest City, and to his subordinates commanding smaller contingents assigned to the Reagent Wizards.
