Queen's Mark

A tradition that started after the Gith invasion of Naham, City of Bells in 469AU. The hero, Medmorn sacrificed himself immediately after saving The Raven Queen from an eternal slumber by impalinng a red dragon with the Gith commander riding it and called to The Raven Queen to smite both himself and the foe down. This divine smite from The Raven Queen killed them both and left a massive crater filled with what the Naham, City of Bells people call the Queen's Ash, which they scrape across their head in a single vertical line to honour Medmorn who was given the same marking from The Raven Queen herself.
