The Heaving Hills

The Heaving Hills are the 67th layer of The Abyss. It is formed of mountainous and swampy terrain and constantly shaken by earthquakes. With each earthquake, the terrain types are inverted and sometimes old ruins are unearthed. It is inhabited by froghemoths and hezrou.
