Beight by AuthorChase on Heroforge
Beight founded the Clerical Infirmary while traveling around Astnyr to build new settlements. They helped build Craftport and Lovers Retreat before deciding to remain in the former. Beight built the Clerical Infirmary while traveling around Astnyr to establish new settlements. The Healing Clerics collaborated with the Light Paladins stationed in their region to construct an infirmary.

History

Clerical Infirmary by AuthorChase on Drawshield

Once they settled in Craftport, the Healing Clerics of the infirmary willingly provided their free healing services to the Paladins and the trading villagers after Seaport was built. The Clerical Infirmary partnered with these traders and gave them services for discounts on shop merchandise.   Some Clerics moved to Seaport for more opportunities and more patients. Craftport remained to be where the Head Cleric lived. However, Scholars discovered ways that these two infirmaries could communicate with each other. Even for transferring patients to better services, depending on how one infirmary operates.

Head Cleric

Head Cleric by AuthorChase on HeroForge
The Head Cleric was in charge of the administration of the Clerical Infirmary. They were on hand when a serious case came in, especially when it involved the 'Decaying of Bones'. The Head Cleric deployed Healing Clerics throughout Astnyr on his authority to perform healing when necessary. The Clerics assisted in the first invasion of Magick Glades with their holy healing prowess. Head Clerics also reported to Beight when a problem they couldn't solve alone arose.

Healing Clerics

by AuthorChase on HeroForge
Healing Clerics controlled holy magic. Their military power contained approximately 10,400 Clerics. They had robes empowered by holy magic from the Light Paladins. This enchantment protected many Healing Clerics from the many diseases and other afflictions they encountered daily.   The trainers instructed Healing Clerics to use their best abilities in healing the citizens of Astnyr. Beight's holy power was mighty within each Cleric, but there was still a requirement for other training. The two training procedures the Healing Clerics had to endure are weapons training and holy magic healing.   All Clerics should learn how to wield a dagger properly, as it was their major offensive and ritual tool. They learned how to pierce their enemies with said daggers, and how to administrate the salt barriers around patients and sick beds. They used fake salt, with the training daggers not having any holy powers. Holy magic healing comprised their faith to the goddess Beight. If their faith was lacking, the trainee would not become a Healing Cleric. The goddess tested this herself when she traveled to Craftport. She taught the students the fundamentals of healing magic, along with its required potency.

Diseases Healing Clerics Can't Cure

Necromancy and Madness spells were impossible to cure. The most common incurable disease is the "Decaying of Bones" necromancers use against citizens and soldiers.
