Wavescrest

Home of the High Elves, the city of spires is a densely packed gathering of towers varying in height from the smaller three story buildings to more grandiose fifteen story buildings. Each building looks almost like a work of art all its own, and always seems to compliment and be complimented by the towers next to them.
While the High Elves of Wavescrest are more than happy to trade with and help resupply the ships of outsiders, they are less welcoming when letting them into the city proper which stands walled off from the harbor.
