A living creature that is Incapacitated you touch must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target ceases to heal naturally, and their Constitution score is reduced by 1 permanently. While the caster has a creature under the effects of this spell, they recover twice the number of hit points as normal each time they take a long rest, and if the caster is Sanctified, they also recover from one additional level of Exhaustion. At any time, the caster can touch the target, extending the spell's duration by 24 hours, to a maximum of 24 hours.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
