Gelbert's Crashing Gemball

Source: Elaris — Spells of Legend
You conjure a large ball of pure gemstone of the same type as the material component used for this spell, launching it at a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 10d6 bludgeoning damage and being Stunned until the end of their next turn on a failure, or half as much damage and not stunned on a success.   If you are currently concentrating on Gelbert's Crushing Club, you may instead choose to make a ranged spell attack against the target at advantage instead of forcing the target to make a saving throw. If you do, the target is pushed 15 feet away and knocked prone on a hit in addition to the damage dealt.

This is a rare option

This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
