Bards of the College of the Divinate forsake traditional arcane teachings in favor of divine devotion, blending music and sermon into powerful invocations of faith. Unlike clerics, they do not serve a single deity but instead act as wandering missionaries, scholars of all faiths, and storytellers of the gods. These bards bring divine wisdom to those in need, using sacred hymns to heal, inspire, and even call upon divine retribution against the wicked. Some serve as itinerant preachers, singing the praises of the gods to those who have lost their way, while others are theologians who weave together the grand histories of deities and mortals alike.
The magic of a Divinate is not entirely their own—it is borrowed, an offering of faith repaid with sacred power. Through sermons, chanting, and hymns, they channel the might of the divine into their words and songs, invoking miracles on the battlefield and beyond. Whether they seek to convert, inspire, or condemn, a bard of the College of the Divinate is a voice of the divine in the mortal realm.
Holy Orator
3rd-Level Bard (College of the Divinate) Feature
Your studies have granted you insight into divine magic. You gain proficiency in Religion.
Additionally, you learn two
Cleric cantrips of your choice. These count as Bard cantrips for you, but do not count against your number of cantrips known.
Finally, when you use Bardic Inspiration, you may invoke divine guidance. The creature who receives your Bardic Inspiration can add it to an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw as normal, or instead expend the die to regain hit points equal to the number rolled + your Intelligence modifier.
Sermon of the Devout

Exhortation. You call upon the divine to embolden your allies. Choose one creature you can see within 30 feet. Until the end of your next turn, that creature gains advantage on its next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
You can use this feature a number a number of times equal to your Bard Power Reservoir, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Hymns of the Faithful

Cure Wounds and
Healing Word spells as 1st-Level Bard spells. Unlike other Bard spells, these spells cannot be added to your spellbook, but are always prepared without counting against the number of spells you can prepare.
When you cast a spell that restores hit points or grants temporary hit points, you may add your Intelligence modifier to the amount healed or granted if you do not already add your spellcasting modifier to the hit points healed or temporary hit points granted.
Additionally, you can cast
Lesser Restoration once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to do so after a long rest.
Voice of the Divine
14th-Level Bard (College of the Divinate) Feature
You become an instrument of divine will, your voice carrying the power of the gods. When you deliver a sermon using your Sermon of the Devout feature, you may choose two different effects instead of one, and you may expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration to deliver a sermon if you are out of uses.
Additionally, as an action, you may unleash a sacred proclamation that resonates with celestial power. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they suffer psychic damage equal to twice your Bard level and are deafened for 1 minute, or half as much damage and not deafened on a success.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
