Known as a strict leader, captain Conar focuses most of his attention on The Black Ravens in the effort to keep them ever successful, however rumors goes that behind the scenes he in reality cares little for who his men work for and for what purpose, as long as they can pay the price.

Personal history

Throughout his life, he has worked for his mercenary company. Originally inheriting it from his father he lacked the trust of the men that he as soon ordering around however this soon ended when he began enforcing a strict training regime for those who weren't hired to keep them sharp.
The true turning point of his career however was when his company was hired to clear out a notorious tribe of lizardfolk that had caused trouble for nearby settlement, but the local lord thought would be embarrasing to involve the army in. As a result of taking out the tribe with almost no casualties due to their rigid training, they managed to impress the nobility and gain their attention.
