Ignosi

Placed in a truly neutral area that was left unclaimed by the five ruling families of the High Council, the City of Knowledge was a passion project of Estraria's founder and later that of her son. Here all can come to learn, with no judgement so long as no cruelty has been done to others in the pursuit of truth.
