Karassend

Karassend is a small city in the Vundkragi region of Flintwood, sitting on the coast of the Gulf of Vundkrag. It is known for the part of its infrastructure that extends into the sea caves beneath and the temple to Perennitus, the headquarters of the Clerical Order of Perennitus. Karassend is run by Duchess Lingny Karstep.
