Illathyra Westerud

Illathyra Jade Westerud, more commonly known as Illa, is a folklorist and records keeper at Pilin Thand Academy. Daughter of Dominy and Enna Westerud, she began learning to shoot at the age of 3 and continued the practice after her parents' deaths. Illa's elder brother is Naeris Westerud. Illa is particularly notable for having been born on the plane of Arcadia.
