The Free Cities of Aberdeen

The Free Cities came about following the Kingdom of Roland's apartheid against Outlanders. A bastion of lawlessness and self-governance, the Rolandite Navy demolished the Aberdeen city in 1872 as a response to fugitives taking refuge there.
