Earning and Losing Piety
Devotee (3+ Piety)As a Devotee of Heliko, you draw on her power to gain use of the spell crown of madness and can use it a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once) without expending a spell slot. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. Votary (10+ Piety)
You can reach into the minds of creatures and show them maddening visions. You can choose to make an amount of creatures equal to half of your Intelligence modifier (minimum of one) to make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for one minute. Intelligence is your modifier for this ability. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. Disciple (25+ Piety)
You are immune to being frightened. You also gain advantage on all Charisma (Intimidation) rolls where you are attempting to intimidate using madness. Champion (50+ Piety)
You can increase your Strength or Intelligence score by 2, and also increase your maximum for that score by 2.
