Eifelheim

With adventure looming around every corner, and along every road, Eifelheim is home to all manner of perils and uncertainty it's inhabitants, from bandits roaming the roads between settlements, to devils looking to make deals with anyone foolish enough. From dragons ruling the the skies, to eldritch horrors dwelling in the deep oceans, only surfacing to dredge up long forgotten nightmares.   While not every citizen has access to it, magic is commonplace within the settlements, and adventuring is a way of life for many, whether it be for wealth, reknown, vengeance, or something more personal. Not everyone is welcome to the trouble and danger that follows adventurers however, and such folk are likely to cause more problems than not for those looking for a roof over their head for the night.   The people you encounter will differ from town to town, from country to country, and from continent to continent, providing varied lifestyles and cultures to experience as you roam through the land.
