Kelciara Mondelain

A strikingly beautiful elf with olive skin, a slender nose, and high cheekbones. Kelciara is the head of the Mondelain Family, the oldest and most powerful family in Veishnig . For decades the head of the Mondelains has been the unofficial ruler of Veishnig and Kelciara is no exception. Imperious and calculating, Kelciara has deftly guided the Mondelains through the treacherous politics and commerce that define Veishnig. She spends most of her time in Sepcarim, but her dealings, legal and otherwise, take her across all of Ehereheim.
