Balsgiath

The origins of this ancient city are shrouded in the mists of time. The Conna found it abandoned when first they escaped captivity. The have occupied it for millenia. Its current name roughly translates to "ward-city" and it has served this purpose for as long as the Conna have dwelt there. It shields the Conna and their neighbors to the North from Weryn slave-raids with varying levels of success. The stones of the city are steeped in magic, and many oddities and wonders are commonplace there.
