Background

Leader of The Interlopers and usually the first one on the scene when the Cult is detected in a timeline.
Not much is known about his past aside from he made a deal with "The Devil" to become an immortal musician, but would later make a deal for more powers after encountering the Cult.

Appearance

Paganini looks similar to a red skinned Tiefling in a white suit and slacks, with his head being a Jackalope skull engulfed in blue ghostly flames.
His violin is a wooden classical style of violin
Despite his demonic appearance, he is a massive goofball and motivated, almost a little naive but knows he has a strong team behind him.

Dive Kick - 2 K (in Air)
-Dive kick at a set angle
-LK for a short distance, HK for a longer distance

Bitter Note - 236 P
-Paganini plays an unnerving note from his violin and launches it at the opponent
-Hadouken style projectile, LP/HP determines projectile speed

Warp - 236 LK/HK
-Opens a portal and quickly repositions a set distance away.
-LK teleports backwards, HK teleports forwards

-Opens up a portal to the Sun, unleashing a wave of plasma to blast through

Inspiration

Very heavily influenced by Paganini's appearance in Abyss Odyssey and his quick dive kicks and violin combos. I want to lean in on the cursed playing and give him a projectile involving the violin, along with the usual Akuma tools
