Background

"MY QUEEN!" - Soldier ant, moments before exploding in a wave of acidic goo

Driven mad with power, Legia has genetically modified her body to spawn more offspring at a frightening speed, but at the expense of her sanity. She sees all others beneath her, and intends to replace the world with her own spawn.
Her ants are fanatically loyal to her, albiet overenthusiastic about sacrificing themselves for their queen. A typical fight will end with the area splattered in ant goo.

Soldier Ant Gimmick

Legia can store up to 4 Soldier Ants. These are visually standing by her side.
Ants can be hit and killed when not at her side, or during attacks that sacrifice one.

Soldier Ants that are not at her side have a label over their head with their button and order

-"Get over there!"
-One Soldier Ant leaves Legia's side and moves to a set distance from her
*Distance and Soldier depends on LK/HK
*Only one Soldier Ant per button can be active at a time, using the special again will tell that ant to reposition to the new location.

Command: Regroup - 22 HK
-"Return to your Queen!"
-All Soldier Ants return to the Queen's side, they become unhittable as soon as they start returning

Spawn Soldier Ant - 22 LK
-"Fight for your Queen!"
-Creates new Soldier Ants at the Queen's side
-Pulls a glowing egg sac off her back and slams it into the ground

Command: Guard - 214214 LK+HK
-"PROTECT YOUR QUEEN!"
-One Soldier Ant leaves Legia's side takes position in front of the Queen, absorbing damage for a set duration after taking a hit
-Visually gets blown apart as they take hits before falling apart when expiring
-Will return to Legia's side after a duration if still alive

Command: Sacrifice - 632146 LK+HK
-"Show me your loyalty!" "MY QUEEN!"
-All Soldier Ants run at the opponent, exploding into acidic goo on contact
-Hit timing can be staggered based on where you place all of your ants
-Carnage Scissors input to avoid overlapping with regular ant commands and accidentally triggering
