Gel Thule as a country has 3 major populations and several smaller populations and Helberg is no different. The biggest population is Human at 50%, High Elf and Dwarf  at 15%. The final 10% is divided amongst Gnome, Halfling, Half-Orc and others.

The government of Helberg is a hereditary dynasty currently ruled by Solon Redmond. He rules with a resonably kind heart, he has struggled recently with the wars and decimation of the population of Kingdom of Gel Thule.

The city of Helberg has a fortified city wall that protects the 3 main districts from the outside.

Infrastructure

Helberg has a river Clifshaw Tributary that runs around the western edge of the city and a bridge over the river called The Royal Bridge.

There are 3 main districts in Helberg; Druthin Bazaar which is the market district and the location of most of the population, Vaicom Garden which is the crafting district and Upper Clark Street which is the merchant and noble section of town.
