Demographics
Cairnblane is a city of many different races, a fairly open city, as long as you don't bring trouble to the Talons of Justice and some of the other military arms, like the Daughters of Freya you will be alright.
Government
The city of Cairnblane is the city of Churches. The government has been historically a theodemocracy, where the government is chosen by the people from the existing Churches that make up the population of Antys. Those churches are Church of Bahamut, Church of Corellan, Church of Ioun, Church of Lathander, Church of Mieliki, Church of the Raven Queen and Church of Freya. Currently, Cairnblane is lead by Church of Bahamut and has been for the last 20 years, but with the disappearance of Disyl, Champion of the Skies, the feel of the city has changed and the people are scared.
Defences
Each of the churches has a small standing army or police force, currently with Church of Bahamut in charge, the Talons of Justice serve as the primary defense force of the city. The policing has moved to the Daughters of Freya.
Industry & Trade
Cairnblane has many artisans who ply their weres from all over. The city is an agriculture and food based city that has to import it's metal and arcane magic. The major exports are grain, fruit and faith.
Infrastructure
Aquaducts carry water into the city, there are several large churches that make up the majority of the large buildings of the city. There is a thriving Inn and hostel / church economy, fed on the tourists who come from around the world to see the resting place of Saint John in the Sanctum of the Present

Each of the churches in Cairnblane is surrounded by districts that resemble or model their religion.
Fortune's Rest surrounds The House of Open Roads and is associanted with Church of Avandra.
Justicar's Reach surrounds The Eternal Beacon and is associated with Church of Bahamut.
Pilgram's Walk surrounds the Sanctum of the Present and is associated with Church of St. John and Church of Moradin.
The Silver Bough surrounds the Museum of the Silver Chalice and is associated with Church of Corellan
Skjoldburg surrounds the House of Fólkvangr and is associated with Church of Freya
Father's Grove surrounds Branwyll and the section of the city outside the city walls is associated with Church of Mieliki
Veil's End surrounds The Ghost Graves and is the section of the city associated with Church of the Raven Queen.
Scholar's Quarter surrounds the Library of Ioun and is the section of the city associated with Church of Ioun.
Whisperspire surrounds The Chronicle Vault and is the section of the city associatd with Sect of St. Yavin .
Dawnward Rise surrounds The Golden Realm and is the section of the city associated with the Church of Lathander .
