Alliegance
Alliegance is a sticky, addictive substance usually consumed alongside bread or other staple foods casually as a treat or a way to indulge in vices. It is often compared to heavenly imagery, or satanistic imagery with nicknames of 'The Devil's Gambit' or 'Seraphic Ambrosia' being commonly used in different circles.

Allegiance is created from crushing and compressing Rosewood Fruit into a jam-like pulp and then adding Karatic acid to dull the toxicity of the flavour. It is then often combined with several wines or other such liquid vices to create a sticky substance. It is usually then packaged into small bowls or pots.

Storage
Allegiance is mainly stored within the central palace itself, or within specific regulated vats given to elites and placed within secret locations. Allegiance requires freezing to keep from rotting, for if it happens to rot it becomes a substance that eats through nearly every surface or material it is presented to.
Law & Regulation
Allegiance is a highly regulated material, almost entirely prohibted to the masses except the elites. It is a highly addictive substance and the combination of the secrecy of it's core components (Rosewood Fruit, Karatic Acid) make it incredibly difficult to replicate for those in the know.
It is often noted amongst those opposed to the powers that be, that access to Allegiance may be what keeps most of the nobles and elitefolk in line. While not confirmed, the fact of it's name being Alliegance is often pointed out of evidence of that fact, while official record states that the substance is called Allegiance due to it being made of a fruit that brought peace to the Empire.
