The Realm Shatterer's Armor
History
This set of purple and black armor was worn by the Realm Breaker himself. It bestows upon the wearer the strength of a titan, capable of sundering any blade or armor. The wearer also finds themselves capable of shrugging off blows that would have decimated lesser men.
The Realm Breaker, a mighty warrior-mage that shattered part of Vukeron and created Stogizan, was said to have forged this armor himself with his own magically synthesized metallic alloy. He also enchanted the armor himself, using it to augment his already impressive physical abilities.
The armor was entombed with the Realm Breaker after his death. The location of the tomb was unknown to everyone, though at some point a blueprint with the location of the tomb entered the black markets and circulated around various criminal groups until it was bought by Metal Ox in the year 1023 of the First Era. After convincing his allies to accompany him on the trek to the tomb, which was hidden deep within Stogizan, he set out to claim the armor for himself. The Crimson Dragons carved their way through the tomb, which was protected by various undead and bound extraplanar creatures, before arriving in the main mausoleum where the Realm Breaker's sarcophagus lay dormant. The sarcophagus blew open after some tubes attached to it oozed some sort of glowing liquid into it. The Realm Breaker, evidently some sort of lich or undead creature, strode out of the sarcophagus in his full plate armor with spell and blade in hand. The Crimson Dragons engaged the Realm Breaker and, in the end, emerged triumphant, and claimed the armor for Metal Ox.
