Stonechanting

History

The arcane tradition of stonechanting was created by the dwarven mages of Khazat-Hal in reaction to the elven tradition of bladesinging. Stonechanters are renowned for their durability, calm, and prowess in melee combat. Unlike other wizards, stonechanters wade into the frontline of every battle, wearing heavy armor and wielding shields along with axes and hammers with which they pulverize their foes.
Stonechanters are noted for their devastating assaults on various orcish strongholds during the Greenskin Wars as well as their use as shocktroops within the army of Khazat-Hal.

Components and tools

The arcane power of the stonechant is channeled through heavy armor and shields and, as such, wizards who seek to tap into this ancient power must be wearing this set of equipment.
