When Lethe found Fraggon, he was a stubborn, but consistent, enemy in the cave she ventured through. Not really much of a threat in the end, Lethe had him tied to his goblin companion and marched them out the other side. They were released outside, but never managed to be released from each other. By all accounts, they're probably still tied together to this day.
