Dross Hall

They say that one of the most important things in life is location. Being in the right place for things to happen is widely regarded as supremely crucial to making your way through life. You can't be a miner if you live on a boat, or a fisherman if you live in a desert.
When it comes to Dross Hall though, the location is secondary, you may find it in any number of buildings, hovels, tents throughout Vorakis. The location changes constantly, but that's not even the most fluid part of the "Hall". It doesn't matter if the Hall were in business in the same place at the same time everyday, because you would never see the same item twice at the Hall. That's its charm and it's greatest challenge: the wares (and even some of the vendors) are in constant flux. Everyday new things are being bought and sold and then they vanish forever like some mysterious spell had been cast on the proceedings.

If you see something you want in Dross Hall, you buy it right there and then. You can't even be sure you'll see it on your second pass through the building
