The enigmatic yet effective Queen of Hippolyta. An Eladrin Elf of unknown age yet seemingly infinite wisdom, she rules Hippolyta with subjects falling or rejoicing at a single word. Throughout her decades as Queen, she has instated many changes that increased the effectiveness of the land, and gave it good relations with outside countries, barring The Border Wars, but many say that it is at expense of Dark and Wood Elves, along with the Orc populations, and they would not be incorrect.
Nonetheless, Queen Wistermire is a well loved monarch, whose influence and power has spread over the land much like a scattering of petals, or a plague, depending on who you ask.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Queen Wistermire is a very tall, slender figure, and has never undergone much in the way of physical exercise, with her distant combat style and propensity to float and hover rather than walk or run.
Body Features
Along with very thin arms and legs, usually covered by a flowing dress, and sharp nails, Queen Wistermires hair always flows behind her as if it was in water.
Facial Features
She always keeps a sharp smile on her face along with her thin eyes, giving off the feeling of boreing into ones soul.
Identifying Characteristics
Her hair and pallid features give a pretty good signal of her presence, but alongside that, the emerald circlet she wears as part of her daily accoutrement is a unique detail of hers.

Personal history
No one knows the lineage that made Queen Wistermire, only that she appeared in a coven of Elder Witches, worshipping The God-Fae in primal ways. This brought them into direct conflict with the Draconic master of Undeath, Shadescale.
The dragon wished to blight their forest, and destroy the connection to the God-Fae, but Wistermire's Cabal refused to let him do so, and even though all of them but herself lost their lives, they were able to beat back the monstrous dragon.
Emerging from the forest with news of her victory, Wistermire decided that elven society had degraded from what the God-Fae initially created, and decided to dip her hand into the world of politics.
Now, centuries later, she sits upon the throne, with the elven people of Hippolyta closer to nature than ever before, along with booming economically, although all else is an acceptable loss in the queens eyes, and dreadful rumors flood the world every single day.
Education
Festivia reportedly learned everything from her Coven, before moving into society and learning of the more modern facets of the world, although she keeps herself surrounded by traditional methods whenever possible.
Employment
Queen Wistermire didn't spend long in the political field before rising to the position of Queen. It mostly came as she tore down the previous King for condoning Shadescale and his necromancy, and turning his people against him in both violent and political ways. She took quickly to becoming queen, as her Coven had instilled her with a sense of leadership, and the ability to read people to a near-psychic degree.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Queen Wistermire has been queen of Hippolyta for almost 100 years, and in that time has brought the kingdom of the elves to new heights, albeit less than she'd desire.
Failures & Embarrassments
On a personal level, Queen Wistermire views the reduction of Hippolyta's land as a grand failure, along with the death of her coven, and the fact that she has been incapable of fully outlawing Necromancy within Hippolyta.
On a societal level, the treatment of Orcs and ""lesser"" elves has drawn contention. Some view their current treatment a failure because their homes and opportunities are being cut down almost daily, other view it a failure because they still exist within Hippolyta.
