Draconian

"The Descendants of Dragons "

Draconians are the humanoid descendants of the mighty Dragons. They originate from Draconis but they have spread all over the world. Unlike their ancestors they aren't Soul-Born but because they did descend from Soul-Borns it is easier for some Draconians to control Magic.

Draconians come in all shapes and sizes, some are very small, some can breath underwater and some can fly. Though they do all have: Scales, a dragon like-head, digitigrade legs and a tail.
