The Eternal Anvil
Tharmir’s divine realm, The Eternal Anvil, is a boundless workshop where the forge never cools, the tools never rust, and the work never ends. It is a realm of perfected craft, where metals unseen in the mortal world gleam with an inner fire and blueprints shift in the air, taking form as their creator wills it.
The heart of the realm is The Great Forge, a colossal anvil that stands at the center of an endless city of workshops, machinery, and artisanal wonders. Rivers of molten metal flow like water, feeding into massive crucibles, while floating runes inscribe the secrets of creation into the air. The sky is a dome of ever-burning embers, and the rhythmic pounding of hammers is like a heartbeat, echoing across the realm.
Here, souls who devoted their lives to craftsmanship are given eternity to refine their art. Master smiths, architects, artificers, and even magical inventors find themselves drawn to this place after death, where they may work alongside the divine craftsman himself. Time is meaningless in the Eternal Anvil—one might spend what feels like centuries perfecting a single creation, only to return to the moment they began, wiser and more skilled than before.
But perfection is not easily granted. In the Trial of the Forge, the unworthy find their creations crumbling to dust, their tools melting in their hands, until they learn patience, discipline, and mastery. Only those who endure are permitted to work alongside Tharmir, their names forever etched upon the anvil of history.
