Fast talking, fast walking. Fast fast fast. Arabelle is always on the move, never sitting still, always looking for something to do. An incredibly smart cooky with a penchant for mischief and trouble, Arabelle is the sass queen of the Brillare. With a supernatural ability to seemingly understand a person before the start of a conversation, her ability to pitch and close sales is unrivaled in Vallaki. While positively charming, she is far from polite, and has often been described as a queen of sass by those in the business. Yet, despite this, she has won over many a customer for Glimmer and is seemingly the best in the business.


Shortly after arriving in the valley with her caravan, the Vistani set up camp nearby in the farms in the surrounding fertile lands of Vallaki. During one of Glimmer's trips through the countryside she was introduced to Arabelle and quickly saw her potential. Seeing that the Vistani needed support in developing a encampment, she struck a deal with Arabelle. Since then, Arabelle has run the black market side of the trade, fencing the goods from the thieves guild operations and selling them at a "discounted" rate. She also acts as one of the premier smugglers for the family, particularly in the magic items trade. If your looking for something illegal or morally questionable, Arabelle is the person to go to find it. She runs one of the shadow markets in the Central District.
