Oliver Trickfoot

Oliver Trickfoot is an in-your-face halfling con artist who owns the stall Lucky Break in Mantlemine's Banka District Market. He makes a living off his "game of luck", which involves passersby paying to play the shell game with the promise of a prize. The game is hard to win, however, as Oliver is very skilled and often throws the bean between cups or even into his sleeve when the victim isn't looking. Before he starts removing the bean altogether, Oliver often lets the victim win at least once to entice them to play more.
