Mantlemine people's guild
The Mantlemine people's guild is an organized group of manual laborers who work on the infrastructure of the city. From lamp lighting to building repair, the People's Guild does most of it. It is rumored that the guild is paid by the various criminal gangs in the city to shape the infrastructure in a way to further their illicit activities, leaving dark spaces between lamp posts, creating complex alley systems, and keeping the tunnels in the Foundation of the city clean. It is mostly funded by the Bretscotch family, who also have the guild make some shady construction decisions.
