Breland
Breland was badly weakened by several key losses – the devastating damage done to the economic heart of the nation, Sharn, is still being mended – complicated by the loss of the home of many of the best minds in the nation, Morgrave University. Wroat also suffered, but not as significantly.
The weakness of Breland allowed for the Cyric refugees to separate themselves from Breland, creating a new nation out of the northeastern corner of Breland, which further weakened the nation.
More recently, however, an influx of cash has followed some open talks between the aging King Boranel ir'Wynarn and ambassadors from Riedra. This investment has been instrumental in the new efforts to rebuild Sharn. It's rumored that the Inspired are working with the Dark Lanterns on several projects and that the Inspired and Riedran investment will help shore up Brelish strength In the face of expansion from Droaam.
Inspired ambassadors and visitors have become a more and more common sight In Breland, as they have in other parts of the former Galifar nations.
