Duregh Tordannon
Duregh Tordannon had been fighting for Cyre against Karrnath for over 8 decades, almost since the beginning of the war. Duregh was a cleric of Dol Arrah and Dol Dorn.
In 994 YK, Duregh was one of eight Cyran elite troops sent on a find-and-kill mission into the wilderness of Droaam. This squad, commanded by Captain Greykell ir'Ryc, was assigned a special mission: follow a Karrnathi squad into Droaam, determine their reason for going after the ruins of the Kech Nasaar, and leave no Karrnathi alive.
The Cyrans were ambushed by the Karrns at the ruins. However, the Karrns were equally ambushed by the gnoll hordes of Droaam. The gnolls brought the survivors of both squads (Greykell, Mace, and Duregh for the Cyrans, and Lord Suradin and three other Karrnathi) to their rulers, the Daughters of Sora Kell.
The Daughters were playing games with the foreign soldiers, and let them loose in the dhakaani ruins beneath the Great Crag to find the artifact they were originally looking for. Eventually this lead to Greykell acquiring the Kur Leshaat Nasaar, and in so doing destroying the vampire Suradin, and taking out her own squad.
Duregh didn't survive being drained by the Kur Leshaat Nasaar.
