The Sovereign Host

The Sovereign Host is the most commonly worshiped pantheon of deities in Khorvaire with nearly half of the continent worshiping them in some capacity. Most followers worship the Host as a whole, offering prayers to different deities in different situations. Clerics are often devoted to the entire pantheon instead of a specific patron deity. The religion consists of two separate pantheons, the Sovereigns, who consist of the main pantheon and the Dark Six, a collection of evil aligned deities that have been cast out of the Host.  

The Sovereigns

The Sovereigns consist of the good aligned deities that most people in Khorvaire place their faith in. Farmers across the nations all pray to Arawai for a bountiful harvest, soldiers pray to Dol Arrah for glory and survival in combat, and kings and queens ask for Aureon's wisdom to flow through them as they made decisions that shape their nations. Many churches have their own particular customs and focuses for different deities but despite their differences they accept that they have a greater change of affecting Khorvaire by working together.
Name Position
Arawai, God of Agriculture Arawai is the neutral good deity of fertility, plant life and abundance. She is the sister of Balinor and the Devourer, and the mother of the Fury. Her domains are Good, Life, Plant and Weather, and her favored weapon is the morningstar.
Aureon, God of Law and Knowledge Aureon is the lawful neutral deity of lore and magic. He is the brother of Onatar, the husband of Boldrei and the origin of the Shadow. His domains are Knowledge, Law and Magic, and his favored weapon is the quarterstaff.
Balinor, God of Beasts and the Hunt Balinor is the neutral deity of hunting and animal life. He is the brother of Arawai and the Devourer. His domains are Air, Animal and Earth, and his favored weapon is the battleaxe.
Boldrei, God of Community and Hearth Boldrei is the lawful good deity of community. She is the wife of Aureon. Her domains are Community, Good, Law and Protection, and her favored weapon is the spear.
Dol Arrah, God of Honor and Sacrifice Dol Arrah is the lawful good deity of honorable combat, self-sacrifice and sunlight. She is the sister of Dol Dorn and the Mockery. Her domains are Good, Law, Sun and War, and her favored weapon is the halberd.
Dol Dorn, God of Strength at Arms Dol Dorn is the chaotic good deity of bodily strength and martial training. He is the brother of Dol Arrah and the Mockery. His domains are Chaos, Good, Strength and War, and his favored weapon is the longsword.
Kol Korran, God of Trade and Wealth Kol Korran is the neutral deity of trade and money. He is the son of Olladra and Onatar, and the twin brother of the Keeper. His domains are Charm, Commerce and Travel, and his favored weapon is the mace.
Olladra, God of Feast and Good Fortune Olladra is the neutral good deity of luck and plenty. She is the wife of Onatar and the mother of Kol Korran and the Keeper. Her domains are Feast, Good, Healing and Luck, and her favored weapon is the sickle.
Onatar, God of Artifice and the Forge Onatar is the neutral good deity of crafts, industry and fire. He is the brother of Aureon, the husband of Olladra and the father of Kol Korran and the Keeper. His domains are Artifice, Fire and Good, and his favored weapon is the warhammer.

The Dark Six

While the Sovereigns preside over the benevolent, wholesome ideals that most commonfolk aspire too, the Sovereign Host is meant to encapsulate and explain the entire spectrum of live. Despite the attempts of many churches to push out the more sinister forces of the world, the exist in the form of the Dark Six. Avatars of nature, uncontrolled passions, and the unknown, the Dark Six are everything the commonfolk fear and wish to protect themselves from. That's not to say that no one venerates and respects these beings. Those who live on the margins of society, such as the swamp tribes of the Shadow Marshes or the monstrous creatures of Droaam.

The Devourer, The Sovereign of Wave and Whelm The Devourer symbolizes the raw destructive power of nature in all of its forms, but he is most commonly associated with powerful storms. Many cults wishing for destruction make sacrifices for him in an effort to bring his wrath on their enemies. Sailors often pray to him in secret whenever their ship comes in contact dangerous conditions. 
The Fury, Sovereign of Rage and Ruin The child of Arawai and the Devourer The Fury is the personification of uncontrollable passion. A common patron to barbarians as well as artisans who seek inspirations from the wildest of sources. While channeling this emotion can lead to incredible feats, it is more often associated with self destructive violence.
The Keeper, The Sovereign of Death and Decay The Keeper represents greed and ravenous hunger. He is said to steal the souls of those who wander from virtuous paths. His connection with stealing souls has made him a common patron of necromancers while his skills at stealing that which he desires made him a patron of thieves.
The Mockery, The Sovereign of Betrayal and Bloodshed The Mockery represents dishonorable combat and unjust conflict. Said to have betrayed his brothers Dol Arrah and Dol Dorn, he was flayed as punishment for his offence. Followers of the Mockery often include assassins, soldiers desperate enough to forsake their honor, and the infamous order of monks, the Flayed Hands.
The Shadow, The Sovereign of Magic and Mayhem The Shadow is the literal shadow created through Aureon discovering sentience and obtaining godhood, as a price from the knowledge. A corrupting force in the world, the Shadow is considered the source of all dark magic the permeates the world, whispering evil inspiration into all races that walk the plane.
The Traveler, The Sovereign of Chaos and Change The Traveler is the most mysterious of all the deities in the Host. Presiding over chaos, deception, innovation, and transformation the Traveler has become a patron of both wanders and grifters as well as artificers and inventors. Said to be the creator of changelings, the Traveler blesses those who rely on their cunning and wit to make their way through the world.
