Alden d'Orien
Alden d'Orien is one of the primary scions of House Orien. He lives in the Mithral Tower district of Upper Central Plateau, in the large Griffon Estate. He is a mild-mannered, kind man, if a bit proud, as is typically the result of living in an upper ward for an extended period of time. He manages much of the House's affairs in the city, alongside his cast of servants, primarily his must trusted advisor, Vishtai.
The party first met Alden after Chains said he was contracting dozens of warforged into labor in The Cogs. The Crew was expecting a harsh, haughty man, but instead found a broken one that had his young son Caden taken from him. He was beyond grateful when the party rescued Caden, saying he was forever in the party's debt. However, he was rather ashamed at being manipulated at the cost of several warforged lives, and urged the party to leave any mention of such out of any official report.
