The Order of the Silver Owl

The Order of the Silver Owl is an militant order from the Temple of Minerva. Although dedicated to the marital arts they focus more on supporting roles and tend to act as squires for paladins of Minerva or other orders. They focus in the healing arts, magical support, armor and weapon creation and repair long crossbows and the use of spears.
The Order of the Silver Owl was formed during the age of strife, and has been active ever since since. The order was active during the war since the main temple of Minerva is found in the City of Amular.

Structure

Lord/Lady of the Order: head of the whole order is supported by honor guard lead & support staff.
Chapter Lord/Lady: head of a chapter based out of a temple depending on size or location the Chapter commander can responsible for a small number of the order or a company.
Acolyte is the lowest rank of the order
Squire Rank after acolyte acts as paladins aids or trains directly under a paladin or a master of arms.
Cleric: has completed training as a squire but is not a paladin usually a clerk  
Paladin: Rank after Squire, this rank grants the right to go on solo quest request chapter transfers and pick a squire to train.
Warden : Clerics & paladins are given the rank of warden after being in the order for many years or distinguished themselves in service of the order.
