Warbringer 1290

This new war machine, created by the Nation of Garon'd  is the invention of Lord Vallis Blackstone  and his captured dwarven Psions. They have been his secret weapon for over two years, kept underground and out of sight until he needed them in the upcoming revolution. Not his only secret weapon, but the most versatile of them, the War Bringers were unleashed upon Tamia when the war started going bad for his forces. These machines are based off of the dwarven Geartanks and have been upgraded from wheels and treads to actual legs.

Pilots

The problem with any new machines is when the pilots hit the field and battle commences. Human error and panic cause most military conflicts to turn in a moment's notice. The War Bringer 1290 does not have that problem. The war machines are controlled Psionically from the capital of Garon'd by dwarven Psions, guiding the machines via far sight and telekinesis. They can do this at this great distance because of the unique power source implanted in the sensor cluster. A human brain. The brain, usually taken off of a prisoner or captive, is kept alive wired into the gearbox of the sensor cluster. This makes contact with the mind inside easy for the Psion, who then can piggy back off of the brain and control the machine effortlessly. Even the weapons can be triggered by the Psions remotely, and there is usually a second Psion waiting to fire off of the systems.

The War Bringer 1290 is set with twin six shooter cannons, air driven for cooling and an experimental black powder bomb launcher that shoots the bomb forward 100 feet with a 90 degree arc.

Armor and defense

Iron plating with alloy overlay gives the Warbringer the best armor plating an vehicle has seen yet.

None, the mind that pilots it communicates directly with high command
