The First Slave Rebelion
The First Slave rebellion happened on the island of Irktusk in the nation of Toth in 52 SF. From what was figured out afterwards, a small group of slaves, including an elf, used elven sign to communicate their plans and timing to each other without the orcs knowing. They waited until they were up on the auction stage and then the elf broke his chains and attacked the guard, catching them off balance and freeing hundreds of slaves. the mass uprising flooded the village of Harnth and saw orcs fighting slaves just to survive.
Savior of Harnth
The main reason that this wasn't an all out massacre was the Slave Lord Vragh. The uprising was one of brutality and such bloodshed that it almost succeeded if not for the actions of this brave orc lord, and his calm, cool, control of the situation inspired the guards to regroup and take back the city before many family's were killed. Lord Vragh had a confirmed kill rate that day of eleven, and a record of twenty live catches. The battlefield belongs to me by genzoman
The Conflict
Aftermath
This first rebellion helped shape the very foundation of the slave culture and how things were handled. It was the first time that the different warlords started using different tactics so that this never happened again. This ultimately led to arguments and even skirmishes between the nations over polices on the slave towers.
Historical Significance
The First Rebellion is held as one of the focal points in training new guards for slave duty. Courses on how to react and what to do if this ever happens are a staple in training and graduates are confident that they will be able to handle anything thrown at them.Legacy
