Duties of the High Lord

Illistyn has many things that he is responsible for in the day to day running of the capital city of Syll. Forms, papers, meetings, and more await him everyday, along with the petty squabbles of the people that the King doesn't have time for.

Physically, Illistyn doesn't seem like much, though he is a canny fighter in his own way. What he lacks in muscle, he more than makes up in speed and agility.

Personal history

Illistyn Windblade was born in Arimandrian and aspired to greatness early in life. He traveled to Lyl and joined the Magus Guild, rising quickly in power and rank. Sadly it wasn't enough. He then took a position in the Crystalspear castle, working for the King and found his niche. He loved running things behind the scenes. Within three years (quick for an elven life span) he was appointed to the position of High Lord and was running the capital of theNation of Syll, answering only to the King and council.
