Abisar (A-bi-zar)

The Seventh Circle

“Pain... Agony... My hatred burns through the cavernous deeps. The world heaves with my torment. Its wretched kingdoms quake beneath my rage. But at last... The whole of Agatha will break... And all will burn beneath the shadow of my wings.”
- Tiamat, The Scaled Leviathan

The Castle of the Underworld, the Holding Cell of the Betrayer and the Resting Place of the Scaled Leviathan. During the time of the Draconic Wars and Draconic Scourge, Tiamat was bested by, but also defeated, Bahamut the Platinum Behemoth. After this punishment for stealing away one of this worlds greatest protectors Tiamat was condemned to the Seven Hells.

Through that she eventually transformed the last circle of the Seven Hells into Abisar, a almost impenetrable fortress guarded by the abishai. Abishais work for Tiamat as emissaries, sending them to represent her interests in the Hells and across the multiverse, whilst others have simple tasks, such as delivering a message to cultists or taking charge of worshipers to carry out a sensitive mission. Others have greater responsibilities, such as leading large groups, assassinating targets, and serving in armies. In all cases, abishais are fanatically loyalty to Tiamat, ready to lay down their lives if needed. However most important of these task are being the guard of Tiamat. These abishais are only but the strongest of the entire race and mostly only wander the halls of Abisar and the forecourt Fallum. Many believe even that Lucifer, Dawns Fall supposedly has undergone a transformation to become half abishai.

Abisar itself is a dark, obsidian fortress that is ornate and yet crude. it does not contain many rooms, a few basic need rooms like sleeping quarters and other things alike can be found, but its the main hall that is the center piece of Abisar. In it lies Tiamat, asleep mostly but sometimes she wakes to take flight throughout the Hells. To accompany a titanic dragon with five heads, this main hall is huge enough for Tiamat to walk around in and tall enough for Tiamat to fly briefly above the floor in. The hall comes with a hole in the celling, showing the grey ash-filled clouds. This is hole is for Tiamat to fly out of her lair and into her kingdom with.
