All dragons are one - A Gold can lay an egg that hatches a blue, or a red or other combinations.

Growth Rate & Stages

When multiple eggs are laid, typical there is a year or so between each "hatching". Those that hatch at the same day are considered to be twins, even if their colouration is different.
