The Black Market

The Black Market is the premier criminal enterprise operating in all of North America, and perhaps the entire world. No one, except its founders and upper management, knows many details about the organization, its structures, or who runs it, and that is by design, there are innumerable entities and organizations that would like to put The Black Market out of business, but it is impossible to crush what cannot be found.

Operating in every major city, every small town too, and everywhere in between, within and without of every kingdom and territory, A Black Market operative is never far away, one simply must speak the name, “The Black Market,” and it will reveal itself, diligently listening to all requests for wares and making deals, or putting out the word of procurement. Famously, anything one wishes to acquire is often no more than a day away, and in most cases, they are happy to make house calls.

The Black Market has their hands in everything, corporate, industrial, and state espionage, manufacturing, printing, and distribution, a well-regulated standing militia, and much, much more. The Black Market is even willing, for a modest fee of course, to place their private military personnel between you, your town (or really anything at all), and the enemy; of course, they demand 100% salvage rights to everything. If, god forbid, the salvage haul is not sufficient, they will happily return for proper reimbursement, but do not judge them too quickly, they are not ruffians, rather taking great pride in being overall fair to most, only gouging those who can pay. Furthermore, they stand for freedom and choice, and have on occasion been known to take up a good and just cause, for exclusive salvage rights of course, or in exchange for some future profit or favor.

Military

While it is unknown how many troops The Black Market employs, it is not uncommon for the organization to deploy as many as a battalions worth of soldiers and fighters converging upon nearly any point within North America in less than half a day (12 hours).
