Sway

A Sway uses their aura and charisma to change people's minds and convince them to do things. Many of them aren't as naturally charismatic as you would think because they can use their Aurawave to make people like them. Some Sways are more subtle and practiced than others, and can influence people without detection, even if a person know it's coming. However, usually Sways use a mixture of subtle and not so subtle techniques depending on their audience.
Additionally, Sways can unintentionally influence people when they themselves are experiencing strong feelings like anger, fear, annoyance, excitement, arousal. Usually people around them know when this is happening and can stop it, though it take a force of will to ignore a Sway's Aurawave.
